Shoals Classified dot Com LLC, is an Internet business venture.  The site is locally owned, published, and operated. It is  intended as a competitive low cost community based bulletin board service for the Shoals area, with extensions into the unlimited population of world wide Internet. 

 Salient features include an electronic daily chronicle of listings, as opposed to weekly paper publications contributing to the high cost of conventional advertising. Our staff is minimal since you, (the user), interact to produce the web publication, further reducing  the cost of your advertisement.

 The targeted viewing population is not limited by a few thousand  publication mailings, but virtually unlimited, and available to all who have access to the Internet. Our present goal is to promote the site within our local population, as well as the various search engines of the world wide Internet. 

 The primary product goal is to engage in commercial enterprise through the development of a 'no frills,'  interactive  advertising web site  for selling general merchandise, vehicles, real estate, and equipment.  Employment information will be included as well. Community Service announcements  for local government, religious,educational, charitable, and health and safety organizations are posted without fee. 

   All listings and announcements will be edited and published at the discretion of ShoalsClassified, and in accordance with legal guidelines and community standards.

 Future plans include participation in the eBay "Trading Assistant"  program which extends the eBay marketplace to those who go on eBay but are not active sellers.
